About Leah Baynes Horton

A Little Picture

My name is Leah Baynes Horton,

 I believe fashion is an industry that is in relation to therapy. Beauty is everywhere. I’ve learned to express this through fashion. From a young age, I understood I had a calling, and I’m lucky to have found success in my vocation. I have made a mission to work in all areas. I have experience working in marketing and merchandising leading a team to build a new store. I have worked in retail on the floor in customer service. I found that I thrive in stressful situations and love solving problems. I've worked in a factory fixing machinery and creating textile thread. I exceeded expectations at an effective and speedy pace all while multitasking on different operations. I learned that I am a quick learner. I love being challenged. I experienced tailoring, advertising and becoming a brand imbastory of a textile company. I experienced fashion shows and being the lead creative director on photoshoots. Making my own company helped me express my creativity and taught me how to listen and improve. I learned how to be a boss but also how to just be a part of a team. I realized I can lead but also humble myself. My work ethic is something I'm most proud of; moreover, I feel my creativity and how I see multiple perspectives has differed me from my colleagues. I thought building this website demonstrated my software abilities as well as showcasing years of work and determination. Although I haven't graduated due to financial issues that has not deterred me from my dream of creating happiness and thriving in the industry wherever in this world it takes me. I would love to hear your feedback on me because I thrive on creationism. I look forward to meeting you and changing the world by becoming a member of your team.
